1 <br /> o <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 3157 <br /> APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM <br /> PARK STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS the Council of Redwood City did, on May 2, 1960, <br /> pass and adopt a resolution, No. 3063, ordering certain work <br /> and improvements being described and set out in Resolution of <br /> Intention No. 3033 of said Council, passed and adopted on <br /> April 4, 1960, said resolutions both being on file in the <br /> office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City and to which <br /> resolutions reference is hereby made for further particulars; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 3063 directed the City <br /> Engineer of Redwood City to make and sign the assessments to <br /> be made for the work and improvements to be done under said <br /> Resolution of Intention No. 3033; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Redwood City has <br /> prepared and presented for the approval of the Council of <br /> Redwood City a diagram of the property affected or benefited <br /> by the work and improvements described in said Resolution of <br /> Intention No. 3033 and to be assessed to pay the expenses <br /> thereof, said diagram showing each separate lot, piece or <br /> parcel of land and the dimensions of each such lot, piece or <br /> parcel of land and the relative location of the same to the work <br /> proposed to be done, all within the limits of the assessment <br /> district set out in said Resolution of Intention No. 3033: <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED, that the <br /> diagram presented by the City Engineer for approval, as such <br /> diagram is hereinbefore described, be, and it hereby is, approved. <br /> FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk of the City of Redwood <br /> City be, and she hereby is, directed to certify to the date of <br /> such diagram's approval. <br />
