• • (2) That on June 6, 1960, this Council did adopt its Res- olution No. 3100, entitled "Resolution of the Council of the City of Jedwood City Giving '.' otice of, and Declaring its Intention to, Initiate on its oti T otion Proceedings to Annex to said City cer- tain Uninhabited ?erritory; Describing said Territory and Designating it b; the lame ' Woad Annexations; Giving its ' _ r easons for Desiring said Annexation; making Certain :ii'indings Respecting said 1roceedins; and Giving Notice of the Time and dace said Council will hear Protests to said Annexation," wherein it gave notice of said pro- posed annexation, described said territory and desiLnated it by t'- above mentioned name, glade certain findings respecting, said proposal and gave notice of the tide and place this Council would hear protests thereto; and (3) That less than twelve (12) registered voters resided within said territory at the time the above mentioned resolution was adopted by this Council, and that said territory is therefore uninhabited; and (1 That the City Clem: has caused a copy of said Resolution 7o. 3100 to be published in the r?an_ner and within the tine required by law, and has also caused written notice of such proposed annexa- tion to be railed to all persons or bodies to whom such notice is required by law to be given; all in the manner and time re- quired by law; and (5) That this Council did in said Resolution LTo. 3100, set and designate July 25, 1960, at the hour of 8:00 P.11. in t : oard of Supervisors' Chambers, Hall of Justice and 'Records, :redwood Cite, San hateo County, California, as the day, hour, and place when and where said Council would hear protests against said annexation; and (6) That none of the territory within the boundaries of the territory proposed to be annexed is owned by a junior college dis- trict; and -2-
