IRELEAS, pursuant to Section 35313 of the Government Code of the State of California, the Council determined that the value of the publicly owned territory included within the territory proposed to be annexed, including land and improvements thereon is Six Hundred Dollars L600.00 ) ; and W -=LAS, this Council duly net and convened at said time and place for the purpose of hearing and passing upon all protests to said proposed annexation, and to the tide (s) and place (s) to which said hearing was continued, and has at the hearing in open public session duly asked for protests, if any, to the proposed annexa- tion and has given all persons full opportunity to protest said annexation and has received evidence relevant to such annexation; NOW, THEREFORE, said Council of the City of Redwood City does hereby find and determine that protest to the proposed annexation to the City of Redwood City of the territory designated "Edgecliff Annexation" and pore fully described in that certain Resolution No. 3099, entitled "Resolution of the Council of the City of Redwood City Giving Notice of, and Declaring its Intention to, Tnitiato on its own Potion Proceedings to Annex to said City Cer- tain Uninhabited Territory; Describingsaid Territory and Designa- ting it by the lame tEdgecliff Annexationt; Giving its Reasons for Desiring said Annexation; Ih Certain Findings Respecting said Proceedin and Giving Notice of the Time and Place said Council will hear.
