ti <br /> R E S O L U T I O N 411 110 <br /> NO. 3151 <br /> RESOLUTION FIXING MINIMUM WAGE SCALE <br /> ADAMS STREET CULVERT <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer of Redwood City has ascertained <br /> the general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality <br /> in which said public work is proposed to be performed for work <br /> of a similar character to that described in Resolution of <br /> Intention No. 3150 , adopted July 25, 1960 by the Council <br /> of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, said rate of per diem wages is set forth and <br /> contained in the specifications for said project, copies of <br /> which are on file in the office of said Engineer and also in <br /> the office of the Clerk of said City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of Redwood City has duly considered <br /> said scale and finds the same to be correct in all particulars: <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of Redwood City resolves as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. That said wage scale as set forth in the specifica- <br /> tions for the above - mentioned project is hereby adopted as <br /> the prevailing rate of per diem wages for work of a similar <br /> character to that above described in the locality in which <br /> said public work is proposed to be performed. <br /> 2. That no less than said general prevailing rate of <br /> per diem wages shall be paid for any work proposed to be per- <br /> formed under said Resolution of Intention No. 3150 <br />
