410 411 <br /> • <br /> 1. That the consent of the City of Redwood City is hereby granted <br /> to the County of San Mateo to acquire and construct the improvements <br /> described in paragraphs (a) through (f) above and to levy assessments <br /> upon the property benefited thereby, including property within the <br /> City of Redwood City, providing that such improvements meet the <br /> minimum standards of the City of Redwood City for coiniercial and <br /> light industrial streets. <br /> 2. That consent be, and the same is hereby granted, to said <br /> Counter to open all such public streets as are required for the <br /> installation of said improvemexts, said work to be done under the <br /> direction of the Engineer of ..pork of said County and to the sat- <br /> isfaction of the County Engineer of said County and the City Engineer <br /> of this City and in conformity with good engineering practices, said <br /> Engineer of Work to require of the contractor that all of the <br /> provisions of the specifications approved by the Board of Supervisors <br /> of the County of San Yateo be complied with to the end that no <br /> greater amount of ditches are opened at any time than is necessary, <br /> that they shall be promptly backfilled, and that said streets shall <br /> be restored with materials of like quality and character as those <br /> existing therein at the time of such work. <br /> 3. That the City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of <br /> this resolution to the County Clerk of the County of San 1Tateo. <br /> -3- <br />
