..-�' R G :yc :5/9/60 -1 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3 <br /> RESOLUTION WITHDRAWING ANNEXED TERRITORY KNOWN AS "BRESSO <br /> ANNEXATION" FROM EMERALD LAKE LIGHTING DISTRICT <br /> WHEREAS, the hereinafter described territory known as "Bresso <br /> Annexation" was annexed to the City of Redwood City by Ordinance <br /> No, 962, said annexation being effective on April 27, 1960; and <br /> WHEREAS, said area is included in the Emerald Lake Lighting <br /> District; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 19290 of the <br /> Streets and Highways Code of the State of California the herein- <br /> after described property known as "Bresso Annexation" is hereby <br /> declared withdrawn from the Emerald Lake Lighting District, <br /> 2, The City Clerk is hereby directed to forward a copy of <br /> this resolution to the State Board of Equalization, the San Mateo <br /> County Assessor, and the Emerald Lake Lighting District, <br /> 3. The withdrawal of the following described territory from <br /> the Emerald Lake Lighting District shall be effective on the date <br /> of adoption of this resolution. <br /> 4. The property withdrawn is described as follows: <br /> All that territory situate in the County of San Mateo, <br /> State of California, described as follows: <br />
