Redevelopment Manager Moeller stated that the draft agreement included with <br />the staff report and there are minor legal and technical revisions related to wording <br />and provisions as well as changes to the scope of work and maximum cost of <br />construction that can be revised based on approval from the Agency. <br />M/S Hartnett/Pierce to: <br />1. Approve a Pre - Construction Design Services and Reimbursement Agreement <br />with BHV Innisfree Ventures I, LLC, developers of the Downtown Retail- Cinema <br />project, for design of an underground public parking garage beneath the retail - <br />cinema project and authorize the City Manager and the Redevelopment Agency <br />Executive Director to execute same. RD MINUTE ORDER 03 -14 <br />2. Approve by resolution the appropriation of $650,000 for the pre - construction <br />design services for the underground public parking garage from the <br />Redevelopment Agency budget. These funds are part of the $20 million loan from <br />the City to the Agency that will be paid back from a future Redevelopment Agency <br />Bond issuance. <br />A RESOLUTION RD 03 -81 OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF SIX HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND <br />DOLLARS ($650,000) FOR THE COST OF PRE - CONSTRUCTION DESIGN SERVICES <br />FOR THE UNDERGROUND PUBLIC PARKING GARAGE LOCATED ON A SITE <br />WHICH IS BOUNDED BY MIDDLEFIELD, JEFFERSON AND BROADWAY, IN THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY. <br />The motion passed by a majority roll call vote with Agency Member Jordan <br />voting no and Vice Chair Ira abstaining due to conflict of interest. <br />6.
