6. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br />This agenda category is limited to 15 minutes to be allocated as determined by the <br />Mayor. If you wish to address the Council, please complete a speaker's card (next to <br />agendas) and give it to Council Volunteer Art Balsamo (seated to the left of the <br />Council). If vour subiect is not on the aoenda. the Mavor will recoanize you at this <br />time; but the Brown Act (Open Meeting Law) does not allow action by Council <br />Members at this time.
