The City anticipates receiving comments on the Addendum, and requires assistance <br />in preparing responses to the comments as well as ongoing CEQA consultation. Our <br />services will generally consist of the following: <br />• Telephone and conference calls <br />• Preparation of responses to comments on the Addendum <br />• Document reviews and coordination with other Addendum contributors <br />• Project management/ invoicing <br />The above services will be provided on an as- needed basis, with a not- to-exceed budget of <br />$15,000. The billing terms will be as in the existing contract. <br />
