RJC : ek :5/5/6 0 -7 <br /> • • <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 3080 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF REVOCABLE <br /> PERMIT FOR CATERING SERVICES, HAWES PARK, <br /> REDWOOD CITY <br /> WHEREAS, Richard Flading is owner- operator of that certain <br /> business known as " Flading Catering Service," 1772 Broadway, <br /> Redwood City, California; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Richard Flading, doing business as Flading Catering <br /> Service, desires to provide food and soft drink catering service <br /> at baseball games to be held at Hawes Park in the City of Redwood <br /> City during the 1960 baseball season, commencing May 1, 1960, and <br /> terminating September 30, 1960, and has offered to pay to the <br /> City of Redwood City ten percent (10%) of the gross profits <br /> derived from all sales of good and drink made at such location <br /> during said period; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to grant revocable <br /> permission to Richard Flading, doing business as Flading Catering <br /> Service, to enter upon and to provide food and soft drink catering <br /> service at Hawes Park during said 1960 baseball season, subject <br /> to certain express terms and conditions; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That revocable permission is hereby granted Richard <br /> Flading, doing business as Flading Catering Service, to enter <br /> upon and utilize Hawes Park baseball field located at Hudson <br /> and Oak Avenues, Redwood City, for the sole purpose of providing <br /> food and soft drink catering service during the 1960 baseball <br /> season, commencing May 1, 1960, and terminating September 30, <br /> 1960, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in that <br /> certain permit hereinafter referred to. <br /> 2. That the permit granted herein shall be in the form <br />
