r 1 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 3076 DIRECTING SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS REGENT STREET EXTENSION RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY as follows: 1. That the sale of all bonds to be issued for unpaid assessments of $50.00 or over is hereby ordered. 2. That the amount of bonds to be issued is approximately $196,574.26. 3. That said bonds shall bear date of July 15, 1960 and shall be issued pursuant to the provisions of Division 7, Part 5, of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, and in accordance with the provisions of Article II -A of Ordi- nance No. 333 of the City of Redwood City, and shall be paid in fifteen (15) equal annual installments represented by principal coupons payable on January 2, 1961 to January 2, 1975 inclusive. Said bonds shall be payable to bearer and shall contain a provision for a five per cent (5%) prepayment premium. 4. That said bids shall be opened, examined and publicly declared at or about 8 :00 o'clock P.M., Monday, the 6th day of June, 1960, at the regularmeeting place of the Council of Redwood City, Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, Redwood City, California. 5. The Council of Redwood City will furnish the legal opinion of Currie, Lebsack & Hannig, Redwood City, California, unqualifiedly approving the legality of said bonds and the proceedings leading up to their issuance. 6. That the clerk of the City of Redwood City is hereby directed to publish in the Redwood City Tribune a notice invit- ing sealed proposals for the sale of said bands in conformity with the provisions of this Resolution.
