(c) Engineer's statement of the itemized and total <br /> estimated costs and expenses of said acquisitions <br /> and improvements, and of the incidental expenses <br /> in connection therewith. <br /> (d) Diagram showing the assessment district hereinabove <br /> referred to, and also the boundaries and dimensions <br /> of the respective subdivisions of land within said <br /> assessment district as the same were assessed at the <br /> time of the passage of this Resolution of Intention. <br /> Each such subdivision shall be given a separate <br /> number upon said diagram. <br /> (e) A proposed assessment of the total amount of the cost <br /> and expense of the proposed improvements and acqui- <br /> sitions upon the several subdivisions of land in said <br /> assessment district in proportion to the estimated <br /> benefits to be received by such subdivisions re- <br /> spectively from said acquisitions and improvements <br /> and of the expenses incidental thereto. <br /> 12. If any excess funds shall remain from the assessment <br /> or any surplus shall remain in the improvement fund contemplated <br /> herein after the improvement is completed, such surplus shall be <br /> refunded or credited pro -rata in the manner provided in Sub- <br /> sections (a) and (b) of Section 10427 of the Streets and Highways <br /> Code of the State of California. <br /> 13. The Clerk of Redwood City is hereby directed to give <br /> notice of the passage of this Resolution of Intention in the <br /> time, form and manner required by law. <br /> . * * * * * <br /> -5- <br />
