That the public convenience and necessity require and <br /> said Council hereby orders, all the work and improvements <br /> described in Resolution of Intention No. 3033 passed and <br /> adopted by said Council on April 4, 1960 , to be performed, <br /> For further particulars as to the work and improvements herein <br /> ordered to be done and for a description of the area proposed to <br /> be assessed for said work and improvements, reference is hereby <br /> made to said Resolution of Intention No, -0ffi on file in the <br /> office of the Clerk of Redwood City. <br /> 2, That the work and improvements hereinabove described <br /> shall be done under the direction of the City Engineer of said <br /> City of Redwood City, and that materials used therein shall <br /> comply with the specifications heretofore adopted: and that the <br /> assessments to be made in said proceedin shall be made and <br /> signed by said City Engineer. <br /> -3- <br />
