RJC.ek : 4/2 5/6 0 -7 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 3059 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT FOR <br /> PROFESSIONAL AUDITING SERVICES, FISCAL <br /> YEAR JULY 1, 1960 -JUNE 30, 1961 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that <br /> certain agreement between C. G. Uhlenberg & Co., Certified <br /> Public Accountants, and the City of Redwood City, providing for <br /> the performance by said accountants of professional auditing <br /> services for the City of Redwood City during the fiscal year <br /> commencing July 1, 1960, and ending June 30, 1961, at a maximum <br /> cost to the City of Twenty -five hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) for <br /> all services during said period, a copy of which agreement is <br /> attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A" and incorporated herein, <br /> and to which reference is hereby made for full particulars <br /> concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br /> * * * <br />
