R E S O L U T I O N 110 411 <br /> NO. 3057 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING REFUND OF TAXES <br /> WHEREAS, a verified claim for refund of taxes in the <br /> amount of $12.80 has been filed by Richard Jones; and, <br /> WHEREAS, taxes in the amount of $71.28 were levied and <br /> paid on the 1957 -58 tax roll and claim for Veterans' Exemption <br /> was disallowed in error on that certain property designated <br /> Arb. Bik. 65, Lot 14, on the assessment rolls of the City of <br /> Redwood City; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That the Treasurer of the City of Redwood City be and he <br /> is hereby ordered forthwith to refund and return to the above - <br /> mentioned claimant Richard Jones the sum of $12.80 in refund <br /> of taxes collected in error for the year 1957 -58. <br />
