, , ... 1 <br /> __ _ - <br /> � N 0 <br /> R E S O L U T I 0 N N 0. 305 <br /> RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENTS <br /> AND ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM <br /> (JEFFERSON AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS) <br /> WHEREAS the Council of the City of Redwood City, on July 20, <br /> 1959, duly and regularly passed and adopted Resolution No. 2801, <br /> declaring its intention to make certain improvements in the City of <br /> Redwood City, more particularly described in said resolution, and <br /> to which resolution reference is hereby made for further particulars; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS an assessment diagram was prepared and approved by the <br /> Council of the City of Redwood City on November 2, 1959, to which <br /> diagram reference is hereby made for further particulars; and <br /> WHEREAS said improvements have been satisfactorily completed; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS an assessment to cover the cost of doing the work des- <br /> cribed in said Resolution No. 2801 has been filed with the Clerk of <br /> the City of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS notice of the filing of said assessment was given by <br /> the Clerk of the City of Redwood City by posting, causing to be <br /> published, and mailing notices of the assessment to each person own- <br /> ing property proposed to be assessed therefor, in the manner requir- <br /> ed by law; and <br /> WHEREAS a hearing was held on April 25, 1960, in the Board of <br /> Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, Redwood City, <br /> California, at which time all written protests against said asses- <br /> sment were read; and <br /> WHEREAS at the same time and place all other protests against <br /> said assessment were heard; and <br /> WHEREAS all said protests were duly overruled and denied; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of Redwood City resolves as follows: <br /> I <br /> -1- <br />
