REG:yc:4 /18/60 -7 <br /> l <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 305 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP <br /> OF MASARIE TRACT, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That certain final map of Masarie Tract in the City of <br /> Redwood City, prepared by Raymond Murphy, Civil Engineer, for Virgil <br /> and Adele Masarie, owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore <br /> approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City on <br /> April 12, 1960, is hereby approved, and all offers of land for public <br /> use therein made on said map are hereby accepted. <br /> 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to certify this <br /> approval upon said map pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance <br /> No. 631, the Redwood City Subdivision Ordinance. <br /> # :c * <br />
