i • 44.111 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 3051 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM <br /> BROADWAY STREET LIGHTING <br /> WHEREAS, The Council of Redwood City did on February 15, <br /> 1960, pass and adopt a Resolution No. 2985 ordering certain <br /> work and improvements, said work and improvements being more <br /> specifically described and set out in Resolution of Intention <br /> No. 2957 of said Council, passed and adopted on January 11, 1960, <br /> both of said resolutions being on file in the Office of the Clerk <br /> of the City of Redwood City, to which resolutions reference is <br /> hereby made for further particulars; and <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2985 directed the City Engineer <br /> of Redwood City to make and ,sign the assessments to be made <br /> for the work and improvements to be done under said Resolution <br /> of Intention No. 2957; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Redwood City <br /> has prepared and presented for the approval of the Council of <br /> Redwood City a diagram of the property affected or benefited by <br /> the work and improvements described in said Resolution of In- <br /> tention No. 2957 and to be assessed to pay the cost and expenses <br /> thereof; said diagram, showing each separate lot, piece or parcel <br /> of land and the dimensions of each such lot, piece or parcel of <br /> land and the relative location of the same to the work proposed <br /> to be done, all within the limits of the assessment district set <br /> out in said Resolution of Intention No. 2957: <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, based on the foregoing, IT IS HEREBY <br /> RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City as follows: <br /> 1. That the diagram presented by the City Engineer to <br /> the Council of Redwood City for approval with respect to the <br /> improvements in Resolution of Intention No. 2957 be, and it is, <br /> hereby approved. <br /> -1- <br />
