_, F - <br /> 4111 <br /> *.� <br /> RESOLUTION NO, 3048 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY DECLARING CANVASS OF RETURNS AND RESULT OF <br /> GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION AND CONSOLIDATED SPECIAL <br /> MUNICIPAL BOND ELECTION, HELD ON APRIL 12, 1960. <br /> • WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City, <br /> by Resolution No. 2986, duly passed and adopted on February 15, <br /> 1960, designated the precincts and polling places and appointed <br /> the members of the precinct boards for the general election to <br /> be held in said City of Redwood City on April 12, 1960, as <br /> required by law, for the objects and purposesof (1) electing <br /> the following municipal officers of said City of Redwood City: <br /> Four (4) Councilmen for the full term <br /> of four (4) years each; and <br /> (2) submitting to the voters three charter amendment proposals <br /> and Measure (J) (Local Sales and Use Tax) hereinafter referred <br /> to; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 961 adopted by <br /> said Council on March 7, 1960, a special municipal bond election <br /> was called for the purpose of submitting to the qualified <br /> electors of said City the nine bond measures and each of them <br /> hereinafter specified, which said special municipal bond election <br /> was by said Ordinance consolidated with the general municipal <br /> election hereinabove referred to; and <br /> WHEREAS, said general municipal election and <br /> consolidated special municipal bond election was held on <br /> Tuesday, April 12, 1960, in accordance with law, and the <br /> votes thereat received and canvassed, and the returns thereof <br /> 1 <br />
