• RECT:yc :4/6/60 -7 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 3041 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTTORIZIITG ISSUANCE OF REVOCABLE SEWAGE GAS <br /> PERMIT TO FRANK SALAMAN, DOING BUSINESS AS REDWOOD - ARINA <br /> WHEREAS, I°lr. Frank Salaman is the operator of that certain <br /> business known as "Redwood farina," located at the foot of Maple <br /> Street in the City of Redwood City, California; and <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Frank Salaman desires to utilize, in connection <br /> with the operation of the Redwood i arina, excess and surplus gas <br /> generated at the Redwood City Sewage Treatment Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the desire cz this Council to grant a revocable <br /> permit permitting the utilization of said Sewage Treatment Plant <br /> gas subject to certain express terms and conditions; <br /> NOV, THEREFORE: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED !BY CCUTT` CIL 01{' THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS li OLLOWS : <br /> 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a <br /> revocable permit allowing Ir. 'rank Salaman to remove and utilize <br /> surplus sewage gas from the Redwood City Sewage Treatment Plant. <br /> 2. That the permit granted shall be in a form of that permit <br /> entitled "Revocable Permit," marked "Exhibit A," attached hereto, <br /> incorporated herein, as if set out at length herein and to which <br /> reference is made for full particulars. <br />
