That that certain agreement, marked "Exhibit A," attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein as if set out at length herein, and <br /> to which reference is hereby made for X11 particulars, is hereby <br /> approved. <br /> 3. That the City Engineer is hereby authorized to grant a <br /> permit for the above described improvements pursuant to the pro- <br /> visions of Ordinance No. 749 of the City of Redwood City; provided, <br /> however, that said permit shall be conditioned upon compliance <br /> with the above mentioned agreement. <br /> L That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute said <br /> agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> -2- <br />
