II( 410 <br /> 12, Silva agrees to grant to City, prior to acceptance of <br /> any of the above mentioned improvements, public right of way and <br /> storm drain easements as more particularly described in Exhibits <br /> "A" and "B" attached hereto, incorporated herein as if set out at <br /> 1ngth herein, and to which reference is hereby made for full par- <br /> ticulars.
