RESOLUTION NO. 3036 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING REFUND, <br /> ROSE AVENUE EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT <br /> RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Redwood City, <br /> as follows: <br /> 1. That on May 25, 1959, the Council of Redwood City <br /> adopted its Resolution of Intention No. 2732, declaring its <br /> intention to make certain acquisitions and install certain <br /> improvements more fully described therein. <br /> 2. That said Resolution of Intention further provided <br /> that any existing funds remaining in the improvement fund <br /> after the completion of the work of improvement and acquisi- <br /> tion should be refunded or credited pro rata, in the manner <br /> provided in Subsections (a) and (b) of Section 10427 of the <br /> Streets and Highways Code of the State of California. <br /> 3. That the sum of Thirteen Thousand Four Hundred Eighty - <br /> one and 01 /100 Dollars ($13,481.01) remains in said improvement <br /> fund after completion of the improvements and acquisition, and <br /> the payment of all expenses therefor, including all expenses <br /> incidental thereto. <br /> 4. That the Council of Redwood City hereby advises, <br /> orders and determines as follows: <br /> (a) That the sum of Thirteen Thousand Four Hundred <br /> Eighty -one and 01 /100 Dollars ($13,481.01), being the <br /> amount of surplus funds remaining in the improvement <br /> fund for Rose Avenue Extension and Improvement after <br /> payment of all of the costs of the improvements and <br /> acquisitions and incidental expense, as set forth in <br /> Resolution of Intention No. 2732 of the Council of <br /> Redwood City, is hereby ordered to be refunded in <br /> the manner provided in Subsections (a) and (b) of <br /> Section 10427 of the Streets and Highways Code of <br /> the State of California, that is to say: Where the <br /> -1- <br />
