KwHwiabb 3 l OC <br /> • <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3030 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING. CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS <br /> PARKING DISTRICT NO. 1 <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, <br /> California, that <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution. No. 2998 of this Council <br /> ordering same, adopted March 7, 1960, notice has been duly given <br /> of the intention of this Council to change and modify the pro- <br /> ceedings under Resolution No. 1,808 of Intention to Form Parking <br /> District in the City of Redwood City and to Issue Bonds to Pay <br /> the Costs and Expenses thereof, Parking District No. 1, adopted <br /> on May 2, 1955; and <br /> WHEREAS, no persons interested appeared or filed <br /> written protests against said proceedings or any part thereof and <br /> all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportuni4 to be <br /> heard, and all matters and things pertaining to said changes and <br /> modifications were fully heard and considered by this Council; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that: <br /> 1. All protests and objections be, and they are hereby, <br /> overruled. <br /> 2. It is hereby determined that all of the territory <br /> within the district will be benefited by the acquisitions and <br /> improvements remaining after said changes and modifications. <br /> 3. The changes and modifications in the proceedings under <br /> said Resolution of Intention. bettlade and had, all as more particu- <br /> larly described and set forth in said.
