r e ; .. <br /> 411 410 <br /> REG:yc:3 /16/60 -7 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3022 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING, AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF, <br /> AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY FOR THE IN- <br /> STALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A WATER PIPE LINE ACROSS <br /> A SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY RIGHT OF WAY <br /> WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Redwood City to <br /> install and maintain a water pipe line crossing under the Redwood <br /> Harbor spur of the Southern Pacific Company; and <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this Council an agreement <br /> and drawings prepared by the Southern Pacific Company concerning <br /> installation, maintenance and use of said water pipe line; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> signify its approval thereof and to authorize the execution thereof; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That certain agreement and those certain drawings incor- <br /> porated therein, which agreement and drawings are attached hereto, <br /> marked "Exhibit A" and to which reference is made for full partic- <br /> ulars are hereby approved and the terms thereof hereby accepted. <br /> 2. The Mayor of the City of Redwood City and the City Clerk <br /> of the City of Redwood City are hereby authorized to execute said <br /> agreement. <br /> 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to prepare certified <br /> copies of this resolution for transmittal to the Southern Pacific <br /> Company. <br /> .: ., <br />
