4 <br /> Portions of Lots 4, 5 and 6 on the Westerly side of Main <br /> Street,, as shown on that certain map entitled "Town of <br /> Mezesville ", filed in the office of the County Recorder of <br /> San Mateo County on August 1, 1856 and copied into Book 1 <br /> of Maps at page 79, Reoords of San Mateo County, California, <br /> and a portion of the Redwood Embarcadero Creek, described <br /> as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the intersection of the Southerly line of said <br /> Lot 4 and the westerly line of Main Street, 70.00 feet in <br /> width; THENCE North 3° 30' West along said westerly line of <br /> Main Street a distance of 18.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF <br /> BEGINNING; THENCE leaving said westerly line of Main Street; <br /> south 86 30' West a distance of 100.00 feet; THENCE north <br /> 3 30' west a distance of 134.42 feet to the easterly exten- <br /> sion of the southerly _line of Marshall Street, 80.00 feet in <br /> width; THENCE North 86° 30' East along said easterly extension <br /> of the southerly line of Marshall Street a distance of 100.00 <br /> feet to its intersection with said westerly line of Main <br /> Street; THENCE South 3 30' East along said westerly line of <br /> Main Street a distance of 134.42 feet to the TRUE POINT OF <br /> BEGINNING. <br /> EXHIBIT "B" <br />
