411 411 REG:yc:3 /11/b0 -7 <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 3012 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF REVOCABLE <br /> PERMIT TO MR. ALBERT ENGEL <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Albert Engel desires to develop certain property <br /> lying northerly of the Bayshore Freeway north frontage road; and <br /> WHEREAS, there is adjacent to the Engel property a twenty <br /> foot (20') wide alley, which alleyway contains certain utility <br /> facilities but is presently unimproved for purposes of a public <br /> right of way; and <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Engel desires to make use of the surface of said <br /> right of way until such time as his use is deemed inconsistent <br /> with the public interest in said right of way; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to grant a revocable <br /> permit for the utilization of the surface of said right of way; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a <br /> revocable permit allowing Mr. Albert Engel to utilize the surface <br /> of the below described . ublic right of wa <br /> P g y <br /> 2. That the public right of way which is the subject of <br /> this resolution is that alley described as: <br /> The 20 foot alley lying adjacent to and northerly <br /> of Blocks 1 and 3, Belle Haven Subdivision, <br /> recorded on Page 17, Book 17 of Maps, Official <br /> Records of San Mateo County <br /> 3. That the permit granted shall be in the form of that per- <br /> mit entitled "Revocable Permit, Albert Engel, Belle Haven Sub - <br /> Division Right of Way," attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> as if set out at length herein. <br /> * * <br /> :; <br />
