✓�� 411 REG : y c : 3/4/60 -7 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N 0. 3011 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING IMPROVEhENT OF A PUBLIC RIGHT <br /> OF WAY, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR, <br /> AND AUTHORIZING EECUTI0N OF AN AGREEMENT THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, the Filo Corporation, a private corporation located <br /> at 727 Shasta Street, Redwood City, California, desires to improve <br /> a portion of a public right of way between Adams Street and Clinton <br /> Street in Block 10, Robinson Subdivision and has requested the <br /> permission of the City of Redwood City to proceed with such im- <br /> provements; and <br /> WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> plans and specifications for said improvements and a proposed <br /> agreement providing for the construction of the improvements in <br /> accordance with said plans and specifications; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed said plans, specifications <br /> and agreement and desires to authorize the improvements as therein <br /> provided; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That the Filo Corporation is hereby authorized to improve <br /> the above described public right of way. <br /> 2. That said authorization shall be subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> a) All improvements shall conform to those certain plans <br /> entitled "Alley Improvement Between Adams Street and <br /> Clinton Street, Block 10, Robinson Subdivision," <br /> prepared by Frahm, Maykel & Edler, Civil Engineers, <br /> and approved by, and on file with, the Engineering <br /> Department, and to those certain specifications <br />
