4 1 <br /> Civil Engineers, and those certain specifications entitled <br /> "Specifications for Alley Improvements," which plans and specifica- <br /> tions were approved by the Engineering Department on February 10, <br /> 1960, and approved by the Council of the City of Redwood City <br /> pursuant to the above mentioned resolution, now on file in the <br /> office of the City Engineer, to which Plans and Specifications <br /> reference is hereby made and the same are hereby incorporated here- <br /> in the same as if fully set forth herein, and shall complete the <br /> same prior to August 1, 1960. Such work shall include, but shall <br /> not necessarily be limited to, all of the following: <br /> grading, concrete approach, concrete <br /> valley gutter, paving and headerboards <br /> and all other work, improvements or construction required by or <br /> indicated in the above mentioned Plans and Specifications, and all <br /> appurtenances reasonably necessary to complete the aforementioned <br /> improvements, both inside and outside of the above mentioned alleyway. <br /> Any work required under this agreement and not mentioned in <br /> the above mentioned specifications shall be constructed in accordance <br /> with Standard Specifications of the State of California, or Redwood <br /> City standards, insofar as they apply. In the event of any conflict <br /> between the Standard Specifications of the State of California and <br /> the standards of the City of Redwood City, the City standards shall <br /> control and govern. <br /> 2. Filo agrees, as a condition precedent to the performance <br /> of any of the improvements which are the subject of this agreement, <br /> to furnish to City and file with the City Clerk a good and sufficient <br /> surety bond securing the faithful performance by Filo of all work <br /> and the construction of all improvements herein in this agreement <br /> mentioned, and within the time herein specified, the amount of said <br /> bond to be Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00), and also a good and <br /> sufficient surety bond securing the payment by Filo of all bills <br /> -2- <br />
