RESOLUTION NO. 3010 <br /> RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENTS <br /> AND ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM <br /> EAGLE HILL TERRACE <br /> (AVENUE DEL ORA TO TERMINUS) <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City, on <br /> July 27, 1959, duly and regularly passed and adopted <br /> Resolution No. 2816, declaring its intention to make certain <br /> improvements in the City of Redwood City, more particularly <br /> described in said resolution, and to which resolution <br /> reference is hereby made for further particulars; and <br /> WHEREAS, an assessment diagram was prepared and approved <br /> by the Council of the City of Redwood City on November 2, 1959, <br /> to which diagram reference is hereby made for further <br /> particulars; and <br /> WHEREAS, said improvements have been satisfactorily <br /> completed; and <br /> WHEREAS, an assessment to cover the cost of doing the <br /> work described in said Resolution No. 2816 has been filed with <br /> the Clerk of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, a hearing was held on March 14, 1960, in the <br /> City Hall of the City of Redwood City, at which time all <br /> written protests against said assessment were read; and <br /> WHEREAS, at the same time and place all other protests <br /> against said assessment were heard; and <br /> WHEREAS, all said protests were duly overruled and <br /> denied; <br /> NOW, THER'ORE, the Council of Redwood City resolves <br /> as follows: <br /> 1. That all protests to the assessment heretofore <br /> filed with the Clerk of the City of Redwood City, to cover <br /> -1- <br />
