• RES:ye:2 /18/60 -5 <br /> REVOCABLE PERMIT <br /> Pursuant to Resolution No. of the Council of the City <br /> of Redwood City permission is hereby granted to the PACIFIC GAS <br /> AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, hereinafter called "Permittee," to maintain <br /> overhead public utility wires across that property owned by the <br /> City of Redwood City and described as Parcel Two in that deed <br /> from Oddstad Homes to the City of Redwood City recorded in <br /> Volume 3339, page 693, Official Records, San Mateo County. <br /> This permit is granted subject to the following express condi- <br /> tions: <br /> 1. The permit granted is revocable at any time at the will of <br /> the City of Redwood City. <br /> 2. The permit granted is non - transferable and shall terminate <br /> automatically at such time as Permittee ceases to maintain overhead <br /> wires or in the event Permittee fails to install overhead wires <br /> within one (1) year of the granting of this permit. <br /> 3. The permit granted is for overhead wires only and <br /> Permittee shall not maintain any poles or other s trlicture s or <br /> obstructions upon the above described parcel. <br /> 4. The permit granted includes all reasonable rights of ac- <br /> cess across the above described parcel for purposes of installation <br /> and maintenance. <br /> 5. Permittee agrees to maintain all wires within that portion <br /> of the above described parcel as delineated on that certain sketch <br /> prepared by Permittee, numbered SJL - 4147, dated December 15, 1959, <br /> and incorporated into the above mentioned resolution. <br /> 6. Permittee agrees to install and maintain all overhead <br /> wires to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br /> 7. Permittee agrees to relocate all overhead wires, without <br /> cost to City, at such time as Permittee is directed to do so by <br /> the City Engineer. <br /> 8.
