REG:yc:2 /25/60 -7 <br /> l.� <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 3001 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXCEPTION TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS <br /> OF ORDINANCE NO. 631, BEING THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE <br /> OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 7 of Ordinance No. 6 31, being <br /> the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Redwood City, the <br /> Planning Commission has received and recommended the approval of <br /> Jack Werner, Jr., Redwood City, for an exception to the provisions <br /> of Section 5.31 of said Ordinance No. 631 to allow the subdivision <br /> of a portion of Lot 3, Block 30, Oak Knoll Manor, also known as <br /> 642 Canyon Road, to create four lots, one of which would have a <br /> front property line width of fifteen feet instead of the required <br /> fifty feet; and <br /> WHEREAS, said applicant has submitted a tentative map of the <br /> proposed subdivision in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance <br /> No. 631 and said map has been recommended for approval by the <br /> Planning Commission and has been reviewed by the Council of the <br /> City of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found and reported to this <br /> Council that exceptional circumstances and conditions exist which <br /> affect said property; that the exception applied for is necessary <br /> for the preservation and enjoyment of substantial property rights <br /> of petitioners; and that the granting of said exception will not <br /> be detrimental to the public welfare or adversely affect other <br /> property in the neighborhood; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That pursuant to the terms of Ordinance No. 631 the Sub- <br /> division Committee of the Planning Commission is hereby authorized <br /> to approve a tentative map of the above described property, sub- <br />
