410 410 <br /> REG:yc:2 /16/60 -7 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 3000 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR THE EXPENDITURE OF <br /> FUNDS ALLOCATED UNDER SECTION 2107.5 OF THE STREETS <br /> AND HIGHWAYS CODE, AND AUTHORIZLNG EXECUTION THEREOF <br /> WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of <br /> Public Works, has presented to the City of Redwood City a proposed <br /> agreement for the expenditure of engineering funds pursuant to <br /> Section 2107.5 of the Streets and Highways Code in this City; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the terms of the agreement <br /> and is familiar with the contents thereof; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That certain agreement entitled "Master Agreement for <br /> Budgeting and for the Expenditure of the Engineering Allocation <br /> for City Streets Under Section 2107.5 of the Streets and <br /> Highways Code," presently on file with the City Clerk, is hereby <br /> approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to <br /> execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to prepare a certified <br /> copy of this resolution for transmission to the Department of <br /> Public Works. <br />
