<br /> Mateo, State of California, being portions of Blocks 601, 602, 603 and 605 as said
<br /> blocks are shown upon that map entitled "Highlands of Emerald Lake, Subdivision Six,"
<br /> filed for record May 4, 1927, in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County,
<br /> California, in Volume 15 of Maps, at pages 64, 65, 66, and a portion of Block 205
<br /> as said block is shown upon that map entitled "Estates of Emerald Lake, Subdivision
<br /> Two" filed for record August 1, 1927 in the Office of the Recorder of San Mateo
<br /> County, California, in Volume 16 of Maps at pages 18, 19, 20, 21, and other certain
<br /> real property of unincorporated territory in the County of San Mateo, State of
<br /> California, described as follows:
<br /> BEGINNING at a point in the corporate limit line of the City of Redwood City
<br /> as established by the City of Redwood City by Ordinance No. 930, adopted April 6, 1959,
<br /> said angle point being the intersection of the common lot line of Lot 1 "A ", Block 509,
<br /> Highlands of Emerald Lake, Subdivision Five and the lands of Benevolent Protective
<br /> Order of Elks, Lodge #1991, recorded May 1, 1956 in Volume 3015 of Official Records
<br /> at Page 469 (49989N) and the northeasterly line of Jefferson Avenue, 50 feet in
<br /> width; THENCE from said POINT OF BEGINNING, South 44 ° 01'08" East, (shown as South
<br /> 43 ° 52' East on said map of Highlands of Emerald Lake, Subdivision Six) along said
<br /> corporate limit line and the northeasterly line of Jefferson Avenue a distance of
<br /> 299.65 feet to an angle point in said corporate limit line and in said Jefferson
<br /> Avenue; THENCE South 12 °01'08" East along said Jefferson Avenue, a distance of 224.10
<br /> feet; THENCE South 26 °01'08" East a distance of 69.96 feet: THENCE LEAVING SAID
