i ^ 4 <br /> 2. The polls of said election shall be open between <br /> the hours of 7 :00 o'clock A.M. and 7:00 o'clock P.M. (P.S.T.) <br /> of said day of election (except as provided in Section 5734 of <br /> the Elections Code). <br /> 3. The officers to be elected at said General Municipal <br /> Election shall_ be two (2) councilmen for the full term of four <br /> (4) years each. <br /> 4. The compensation of each of the election officers <br /> hereby appointed, and in full therefor, is hereby fixed as fol- <br /> lows: $ 1940 to each Inspector and $ 17.00 <br /> to each Judge and $ 17.00 to each Clerk. <br /> 5.
