411 410 <br /> and lighting facilities in areas adjacent to <br /> site; payment of special assessments which are <br /> liens on the building site; and other works, <br /> property or structures necessary or convenient <br /> for a municipal auditorium building for the City <br /> of Redwood City. <br /> Section 2. That the acquisition, construction and <br /> completion of said municipal improvements, and each of them, <br /> are necessary and convenient to carry out the objects, purposes <br /> and powers of said City. <br /> Section 3.
