(b) Only one form of ballot shall be used at said <br /> general municipal election which, in addition to all other <br /> matters required by law to be printed thereon, shall state the <br /> measure set forth in Section 2 hereof. Each voter, to vote <br /> for said measure hereby submitted, shall stamp a cross (x) <br /> in the blank space opposite the word "YES" on the ballot to <br /> the right of said measure, and to vote against said measure <br /> shall stamp a cross (x) in the blank space opposite the word <br /> NO on the ballot to the right of said measure. On absent <br /> voter ballots the cross (x) may be marked with pen or pencil. <br /> (c) The measure described herein is ordered submitted <br /> by the Council of the City of Redwood City for the purpose of <br /> obtaining an advisory vote upon the matters stated therein and <br /> shall be deemed affirmatively approved if a majority of the <br /> voters voting on such measure vote in favor thereof. <br /> * <br />
