REG:yc :2/15/60 -7 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 299Q <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR A NEW TRUCK; <br /> AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> specifications for a new 19,500 GVW Dump Truck necessary for mun- <br /> icipal purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> advertise for bids for the furnishing of said equipment; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Those certain specifications entitled "City of Redwood <br /> City, Specifications, Truck 19,500 G. V. W.," prepared in the <br /> office of the City Manager and on file in the office of the City <br /> Manager, consisting of Notice of Sealed Bids, Bidding Form, Spec- <br /> ifications, and Bid Sheets, are hereby approved, said specifications <br /> providing for the furnishing of the following new equipment: <br /> One (1) 19,500 GVW Dump Truck <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to ad- <br /> vertise for bids for the furnishing of said equipment, in ac- <br /> cordaa ce with the specifications therefor, said advertisement <br /> to be in the form of that certain "Notice of Sealed Bids" set <br /> forth in the above mentioned specifications. <br /> :L * <br />
