<br /> BEGINNING at a point in the corporate limit line of the City of Redwood City
<br /> as established by the City of Redwood City by Ordinance No. 930, adopted April 6, 1959,
<br /> said angle point being the intersection of the common lot line of Lot 1 "A ", Block 509,
<br /> Highlands of Emerald Lake, Subdivision Five and the lands of Benevolent Protective
<br /> Order of Elks, Lodge #1991, recorded May 1, 1956 in Volume 3015 of Official Records
<br /> at Page 469 (49989N) and the northeasterly line of Jefferson Avenue, 50 feet in
<br /> width; THENCE from said POINT OF BEGINNING, South 44 ° 01'08" East, (shown as South
<br /> 43 °52' East on said map of Highlands of Emerald Lake, Subdivision Six) along said
<br /> corporate limit line and the northeasterly line of Jefferson Avenue a distance of
