Huber North 39 ° 59'30" West a distance of 313.78 feet and North 22 East a distance 230.08 feet to the south- westerly line of that certain real property of Louis C. G. and Rose A. Brockhoff recorded in the Office of the Recorder of San Mateo County on December 22, 1941 in Volume 990 of Official Records at Page 277; THENCE along said property of Louis C. G. and Rose A. Brockhoff, North 67 ° 46' West a distance of 446 feet more or less to the southeasterly line of that certain 0.27 acre parcel of Pacific Gas and Electric Company as described in deed recorded in the Office of the Recorder of San Mateo County on December 28, 1950 in Volume 1999 of Official Records at Page 297; THENCE South 45 ° 24'30" West 381 feet more or less to the southwesterly line of Pacific Gas and Electric; THENCE North 51 ° 47' West 50.3 feet; THENCE North 45024'30" East along the northwesterly line of said lands of said Pacific Gas and Electric Company 54.65 feet to the most southerly corner of that certain real property of Harry Robertson recorded in the Office of the Recorder of San Mateo County on March 23, 1940 in Volume 885 of Official Records at Page 328; said corner being identified by a fence post marked '1(.5 "; THENCE along the southwesterly line of the Harry Robertson property North 38 West a distance of 1615.68 feet (24.48 ch.) to a 4 X 4 post marked "K(7)" standing at the westerly base of a steep hill, said post being the most southerly corner of that certain real property of Martha Anne Dobson, Elizabeth LouiseTaylor, B. Grant Taylor, Jr. and George G. Taylor recorded in the Office of the Recorder of San Mateo County on December 27, 1948, in Volume 1607 of Official Records at Page 178; THENCE continuing North 38 West along the southwesterly property line of Taylor et al a distance of 1428.90 feet (21.65 ch.) to a 4 X 4 post marked "K9" on the northerly slope of a steep hill, said corner also being the most southerly corner of Lot 6, as shown on that certain map entitled "MAP OF THE SUBDIVISION OF THE JACOB KREISS 600 acre RANCH, SAN MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA," which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California on November 23, 1901 in Liber "B" of Maps at Page 22 and a copy entered in Liber 3 of Maps at Page 7, said corner also being the southerly corner of the lands of Martin J.
