4 • <br /> KWH &W:W:s 3/3/60 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE <br /> CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS <br /> PARKING DISTRICT NO.1 <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, <br /> California, that the public interest and convenience require and that it <br /> is the intention of this Council to make the following changes and mod- <br /> ifications in the acquisitions and improvements and in the proceedings <br /> had and taken pursuant to Resolution No. 1808 of Intention to Form Park- <br /> ing District in the City of Redwood City and to Issue Bonds to Pay the <br /> Costs and Expenses Thereof, Parking District No. 1, adopted December <br /> 20, 1954, as follows: <br /> 1. Change and modify the acquisitions to be made and the description <br /> of Parcel C.1 (portion of Parking Lot No. VI), to be acquired, to read <br /> as follows: <br /> Parcel C.1 <br /> Beginning at a point on the southerly line of Marshall <br /> Street, said point being 100.00 feet easterly of the easterly <br /> line of Jefferson Avenue; thence from said point of beginning <br /> South 03 30' 22" East 137.89 feet; thence North 86° 21' 44" <br /> East 62.82 feet; thence South 48° 34' 08" East 5.65 feet; thence <br /> South 03 30' 00" East 163.00 feet; thence North 86° 21' 44" <br /> East 52.00 feet; thence North 03 30' 00" West 85.26 feet; <br /> thence on a curve to the right with a radius of 80.75 feet and <br /> an angle of 14 31' 28" a distance of 20.47 feet; thence North <br /> 86° 21' 44" East 135.08 feet; thence North 03 30' 00" West <br /> 202.42 feet to a point on the easterly extension of the Southerly <br /> line of Marshall Street; thence South 86° 28' 09" West 265.06 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> 2. Eliminate that portion of the proposed acquisitions and improve- <br /> ments identified as Parcel C.2, being that portion of Parking Lot No. VI <br /> situated northerly of Marshall Street and its easterly extension. <br /> 3. Change and modify the work to be done and the plans and speci- <br /> fications therefor and the improvements to be made to include the <br /> following work on and adjacent to Parcel C.1 as described above: <br /> (a) Grading and earthwork, site preparation, including the removing <br /> and disposing of trees, bushes, utility lines and existing structures, <br /> preparation of subgrade, and the construction thereon of 6 -inch crusher <br /> run rock base and 2 -inch asphaltic plant mix wearing surface, Portland <br />
