REG:yc:2 /1860 -7 <br /> i= <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2 999 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF BUDGET PROPOSAL <br /> TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, FOR FUNDS ALLOCATED <br /> UNDER SECTION 2107.5 OF THE STREETS AND HIGEWAYS CODE <br /> WHEREAS, Article I of that certain agreement entitled <br /> "Master Agreement for Budgeting and for the Expenditure of the <br /> Engineering Allocation for City Streets Under Section 2107.5 <br /> of the Streets and Highways Code," approved by this Council and <br /> presently on file with the City Clerk, provides for the annual <br /> submission by the City of a budget proposal; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the budget proposal form <br /> MC -17 (Rev. 1 -60) provided by the Department for this purpose; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The City Engineer is hereby authorized to execute and <br /> submit to the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City <br /> of Redwood City, and on such forms as the Department has provided, <br /> a budget proposal in the amount of Six Thousand Dollars (46,000.00). <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to prepare three cer- <br /> tified copies of this resolution for transmission to the Department <br /> of Public Works. <br /> * :: <br />
