411 411 RESOLUTION N0.2906 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER MODIFICATION OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 2801 - JEFFERSON AVENUE WIDENING IMPROVEMENTS (HIGHLAND AVENUE TO FARM HILL BLVD.) RESOLVED by the Council of Redwood City that the public interest and convenience require and that it is the intention of said Council, to make the following changes and modifications in proceedings under Resolution of Intention No. 2801 adopted by said Council on July 20, 1959: 1. Reconstruct storm sewer manhole at approximately Station 9 plus 00. 2. Construct approximately 300 feet of drain trench with drain rock and connect to the existing sewer system in an area bounded by Stations 10 plus 00 to 15 plus 00. 3. Construct retaining walls to a modified design as shown on the plans and specifications made therefor on file in the Office of the City Clerk and identified as: Revision to Retaining Wall, Station 3 plus 77.15 to Station 4 plus 55.90 and Return, Sheet "A -3 ", and Reinf. Conc. Retaining Wall ECR Dover Road to Station 9 plus 30 Jefferson Avenue, Sheet "A -5 ", and delete from all of the work of construction as set forth in Items 10 and 11 in Contractor's Accepted Proposal and to substitute therefor the retaining wall to be constructed as described hereinbefore. Monday, November 23, 1959, at the hour of 8 :00 o'clock p.m. of said day, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard at the Board of Supervisors' Chambers in the Hall of Justice in Redwood City, California, is hereby fixed as the day, hour and place when and where any and all persons having any objections to the amendments, modifications, and changes to said Resolution of Intention No. 2801 and the plans and specifications for the work to be done thereunder, may appear and show cause why the said amendments, modifications and changes should not be made and for hearing all protests in relation thereto. It is hereby ordered and determined that the plans and specifications made for the work described in said Resolution of Intention No. 2801 shall be amended to conform to the changes and modifications as set out in this Resolution. The Clerk of the City of Redwood City is hereby directed to publish this Resolution once in the Redwood City Tribuhe, a daily (except Sunday) newspaper, which publication shall be more than ten days prior to November 2 3, 1959.
