• <br /> (b) Make all repairs, renewals and replacements necessary <br /> to the efficient. operation of said facilities and to keep them <br /> in good repair at all times. <br /> (c) Periodically fix, prescribe and collect fees, rentals <br /> or other charges for services and use of said facilities suffi- <br /> cient to produce gross revenues adequate for payment of all of <br /> the following: <br /> (1) All installments of principal and interest <br /> on money owed the STATE as they come due. <br /> (2) All expenses of operation, maintenance, and <br /> repair of the said facilities. <br /> (3) Ouch additional sums as may be required by <br /> the Small Craft Harbors Commission for any singing fund, <br /> further security of the loan or transfer or as a <br /> depreciation or other charge in connection with the <br /> small craft harbor facilities. <br /> 1 APPLICANT may make concession agreements, provided, <br /> however, that the same shall Le subject to prior written approval <br /> of the proper state authorities. <br /> 17. If APPLICANT fails to make any payment as called for <br /> r; i all Craft Harbors <br /> }=�y this agreement, and the Chief, .�i- V_R,lOi1 of �1:1u Harbors, <br /> Denartment of ITatural Resources, determines that the operation <br /> or maintenance of said facilities is such as to preclude a reason- <br /> able income being received from its operation, the Chief shall <br /> report his findings to the Small Craft Harbors Commission and <br /> the Commission, after hearing, in addition to any other remedy <br /> herein or otherwise provided by law, at its option, may direct <br /> the Chief to ta possession of said facilities and operate the <br /> same for the account of APPLICANT, until such time as the loan is <br /> repaid in full.
