That weeds bearing seeds of a win &y and downy nature, and weeds w(iich will attain a large growth and become a fire hazard and nuisance, when dry, a weeds w are otherwise noxious and dangerous, are fi_rowinE in and upon private property throughout the Cit of Zedwood Cit:, and in and upon the sidewalks, parkways, streets, avenues, roadways, boulevards, hihwas and alleys situate within the City of Redwood City. 2.
