The Contractor shall perform everything required to be <br /> performed, shall provide and furnish all of the labor, material. <br /> equipment and tools required to complete within the time specified <br /> in the Contractor's aocspted proposal, dated Dsestber 1, 1959, <br /> the work of spraying in conneotton with the Weed Abatement Program <br /> in the City of Redwood City. California, each year for a period of <br /> three (3) years from the date hereof in strict aasordanse wit ► <br /> the specifications prepared therefor by the City Rnginesr of Redwood <br /> City, California, wh1eb specifications are incorporated herein and <br /> made a part of this agreement as herein fully set forth. <br /> 2. The City shall pay to contractor, as full consideration <br /> for the taithfUl perf ortsersre by the Contractor of the aforementioned <br /> work, the sums computed at the prices suet forth in Contraotorts <br /> aoeeptsd proposal. dated Dissembler 1, 1959, in the manner provided <br /> in the Technical Requirements of the aforementioned Abatement <br /> Speoifioations, which ■p.oifications are inoorporated herein as <br /> if fully set forth herein <br /> 3. All of the work to be done shall be done under the direction <br /> and supervision of and to the approval of the City or its authorised <br /> representatives and the work shall be cone in the best workmanlike <br /> manner, eonforaing strictly to the provisions of the spesitioations <br /> mace therefor. <br /> 4. In the pertorrdanse of this oontract, eight (6) hours shall <br /> be the maximum hours of labor on any salondar day, and the minimum <br /> toages or oo p.nsation of persons performing labor in the execution <br /> of this agreement shall be the prevailing steal* of wages recognised <br />
