Pursuant to the terms of Section 7.31 of Ordinance No. 631, <br /> the Planning Commission is hereby authorized to approve a tentative <br /> map of the above described property, subdividing said property into <br /> three lots, one of which would have a depth of 62.43 feet instead <br /> of the required ninety feet, and would have an area of 3,125 square <br /> feet instead of the required 6,000 square feet, one of which would <br /> have a depth of 75 feet instead of the required 90 feet, and would <br /> have an area of 5,073 square feet instead of the required 6,000 <br /> square feet, and one of which would meet all legal requirements; <br /> 2. The exception hereinabove granted shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions: <br /> (a) The owners of Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8 in Block 2, as <br /> shown on that certain map entitled "Re- Subdivision of Lot No. 46 <br /> Reese Subdivision of a Portion of the Redwood Farm," filed in the <br /> office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County on May 11, 1911 <br /> in Book 7 of Maps at Page 40, shall execute an option agreement, <br /> -3- <br />
