The Planning Director is hereby directed to prepare <br />or cause to be prepared, a Redevelopment Plan for the E1 Camino <br />Real I Project Area, which shall be based upon the Preliminary <br />Plan previously prepared for such project area and which shall <br />include all required elements, including, but not limited to, a <br />study of the financial feasibility of such plan. <br /> <br /> <br />
