INTEREST OF PUBLIC OFFICIALS. No members, officers, or employees or agents of the <br /> City of Redwood City, no member of the City Council and no other public official who exercises any <br /> function or responsibility with respect to this agreement or Contractor's Program during his or her tenure, <br /> or for one year thereafter, shall have any interest, direct or indirect, in this contract or a related <br /> subcontract, or the proceeds thereof. Contractor shall incorporate in all subcontracts hereunder a <br /> provision prohibiting such interest. <br /> 16. LOBBYING PROHIBITING. Funds provided under this agreement shall not be used by <br /> Contractor for publicity or propaganda purposes designed to support or defeat legislation pending before <br /> federal, state, or local government. <br /> 17. RELIGIOUS ACTIVITY PROHIBITED.
