In addition to its performance being evaluated by <br /> independent evaluators, FLY worked with a professional evaluator to design a Likert- scaled <br /> survey instrument to measure the Program's impact on a given youth's risk factors, resiliency, <br /> knowledge, development of intemal and extemal assets, and overall behavior. FLY staff read the <br /> survey out loud to the youth to accommodate different learning styles and literacy levels. FLY <br /> collects this data at the close of each Law Course (twice a year). <br /> # of Unduplicated RWC Residents/Households to be Assisted (Only programs serving <br /> individuals may report by individuals.
